◆ Material : MT409AHS is a medium-toughened, heat & acid-stabilized PA66 with excellent surface finish, balanced rigidity/toughness, and good dimensional stability. It is widely used in automotive, electrical, and industrial components requiring high performance and good aesthetics.
◆ Characteristics : Advantages: Balanced rigidity/toughness, excellent surface finish, low warpage, good chemical resistance, heat/acid-stabilized. Limitations: Non-flame retardant, lower HDT vs. filled grades. Alternatives: For higher rigidity → 70G33L (33% GF); for flame retardancy → 70G33HS1L; for weather resistance → MT409WHS
◆ Purpose : Automotive: Engine covers, valve covers, intake manifolds, interior trim, connectors. Electrical: Switch housings, terminal blocks, relay bases, power tool casings. Industrial: Gears, bearing housings, structural brackets, pump components.
